Keep metadata in aligned output

In order for the aligned data to be passed to recon algorithms or other scripts/notebooks performing pre-processing, the metadata like rotation angle needs to be kept.

Use the standard paths:

  • entry/tomo_entry/data/rotation_angle for the rotation angles
  • entry/tomo_entry/instrument/detector/image_key for the image key
