Could not restore if saved with backup_dir set relative to parent directory

It is impossible to restore an archive file if it has been created with backup_dir set relative to the parent directory, i.e. (a Windows example):
"backup_dir": "..\\_OUTPUT_\\test_full"
The _OUTPUT_ turns out to be out of the tmpdir when restoring and the proccess could not find items
