It joins VC then insta disconnect - Im using Windows

Please don't open multiple issues, collect all your issues in one.
In windows you have to install ffmpeg to be able to run streams and to be added to your environment path.

What you mean by environment path, i have ffmpeg installed in my PC

Search “Advanced system settings” in the Windows search bar.
Click the “Environment Variables” button.
Select “Path” from the list of system variables and click “Edit.”
Click “New” and add the path to your ffmpeg folder, then click “OK.”
