Edge browser shows "Download failed Virus detected"
Apparently it's related to pyinstaller/pyinstaller#5932 and other Pyinstaller's antivirus-false-positives issues.
A possible solution is to use cx_Freeze >= 6.7 as suggested here.

Switched to cx_Freeze in cca4c97
