add footer feature

  • when a user tap a setting item(ordinary text item, not switch), dialog will pop up.
  • setting item shows its enabled status as a sub title. ON: {fotter_content} or OFF
  • dialog has 2 elements; switch and input.
  • when enabled, setting item will be updated
  • when enabled, notification will be update to show specified footer
