As : tosca developer
I want to : be able to deploy a Docker runtime component on a compute node
So that : I'll be then able to use docker on compute nodes
AC1: new TOSCA component that install docker daemon
AC2: property to define version to install
AC3 : property to specify repository to install from
AC4 : support Ubuntu and Centos system
