As: Yorc dev team
I want to: Have material for the Hybrid demo (GCP/OpenStack/Slurm-Singularity) available on GitHub
So that: It can be easier to maintain as part of it will go to the forge and this will be a good sample
AC1: Code available on GH
AC2: docker images published on Docker Hub
AC3: TOSCA components and Topologies should go into the sample part of the Forge
