op执行后的回调逻辑反了
if (wrapper.getOperatorResult().getEx() != null) { 应该为 ==null
wrapper.getOperator().onSuccess(wrapper.getParam(), wrapper.getOperatorResult());
} else {
wrapper.getOperator().onError(wrapper.getParam(), wrapper.getOperatorResult());
}
