Linkedin plugin returns contacts w/ firstname/lastname of private

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in w/ linkedin
2. get list of contacts
3. notice some contacts are returned as private/private for firstname/lastname
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not sure why the LinkedIn API is returning these so it's probably a bug
there...wouldn't hurt for plugin to scrub them so apps don't though.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest 4.2

This may be a user-level privacy setting and they have explicitly set their
information to private. That's why api is not able to access the information. A
user can set their privacy settings here:
https://www.linkedin.com/settings/data-sharing
