Feature Request: Show profile pictures of accounts on the tab menu bar to switch to, to the left of the one logged in.

This would make account switching faster than having to click the dropdown menu and moving the mouse all the way down.

I'm sorry, I had a tab for another GH repo next to the one for this one and thought I was an issue for that one.
