is it possible to use STELLS2 with big gene tree?

i'm wondering if it possible to use STELLS2 with a big gene tree (~250 sequences)? what should be the best command line?

Sorry I didn't see this until today. The current STELLS2 won't be able to handle very large gene trees with hundreds of taxa. But recently I got a new idea which may allow STELLS2 to run on such large trees. When I get a chance, I will update STELLS2.
