Which is the last version reasonably supporting 10.5–10.6?

Specifically PowerPC, but I think only SDK matters.
Xcode projects of versions up to 1.9.9 (at least) contain ppc refs, but targets are wrong. Perhaps builds can be fixed, but I am not sure they gonna work.
