Consider an additional media query tier for content page nav bar. Currently when the viewport is shrunk below 919 pixels the nav bar becomes vertically stacked. However, this is not great a great experience in both desktop and tablet displays when there is enough room for a horizontal layout.
Reproducible in version 0.2.1.
