same on 4k firestick

The same problem occurs with Google GA01919-JP Chromecast with Google TV 4K products.

This is likely a duplicate of #4095
Different error message with newest version of the app.

In addition to the non functioning notification tab, I am unable to set, or modify, subscription settings.

EDIT: Further investigation reveals that, while getting a momentary error message when subscribing or modifying subscription settings on the 'recommended' tab, the app nevertheless saves the settings correctly. The notifications tab is as previously described with no content other than the error message.

Can others please check if you are affected in this way.

same issue occurs on Onn. 4k streaming box running android tv

Not sure about subscription settings—haven't had issues here, but I'm not sure what subscription settings @NicolaScudi is trying to set/modify

Same on Nvidia Shield Pro 2019

Same on Amazon Fire TV Cube 2gn.

I have edited my post and provided some more detail. I receive a pop-up message with the same error as on the notifications tab when setting or modifying subscription settings in the 'recommended' tab - Long press to access additional subscription options - but am able alter subscription status and modifiers anyway.

Replicated on Insignia 32" Fire TV after uninstalling app and reinstalling.

Same issue as first poster, Android TV 11. Nvidia Shield.

I'm having the same problem. It started happening after the last update.

I have SmartTube on three devices, and all three devices are experiencing the same issue.

  1. CCwGTV
  2. onn. 4K Streaming Device
  3. TCL TV with Google TV OS

Also experiencing this on CCwGTV and Hisense TV with Google TV OS.

Same on Google Streamer

Confirmed same issue here on an updated Shield TV Pro (Android 11 w/Android TV v9.1.1[33.2.0.157]) and SmartTube beta (v24.89). This has been an issue over the last 2-3 updates and signing out and in or signing out, clearing cache and data, and signing back in does not correct the issue. Notification tab remains blank. Can sign out and notification tab says "sign in" but signing back in tab then remains blank.

Same issue on Android TV (Shield).

Had an update. Now, no notifications at all!

got same problem on Nvidia shield 2017 no notifications but did notice the on signg in using my revanced flashed up on screen maybe something to do with GSMcore why it's not working
