[BUG]: Chromecast Google TV Child profile problem

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open an adults profile
  2. Download the Smarttube app and install it
  3. Confirm it's installed and running successfully
  4. Switch to a Child's account
  5. Manage apps
  6. The app doesn't show up in the available apps

In google family app, "Allow third party apps" option is enabled for the child's account on the particular device.

Actual behavior

The app runs fine for the adult profiles but it doesn't show up in the apps list for child profile.

Additional information

  • Same applies when switch back to adult's profile, go to setting-account-child account-manage apps. It's not in the list.
  • Same applies when downloading the app from browser on child's profile. After downloading, when click on Run, screen briefly goes dark and comes back to the browser's download window. It doesn't run.
