Problem with graph matching

Hi there,

I have compiled the graph matching toolkit following the instructions in the closed issue #2

However, when i run the main.py script, i am still getting the file not found error where the output does not flow to the result folder within graph matching toolkit

Could you kindly advise me on how i should solve the problem? Thank you!
