Hi, sorry to disturb you. I wonder how to find the ground truth information mentioned in this paper for arbitary graph (for example, protein-protein network or gene co expression network). Thanks a lot.

I have the same question too, now I have two gragh data but I don't know the truth similarity of them, so I can't train them.....
