Could you please provide a Dockerfile which installs all dependencies for easy setup of the environment? I was not able to create one myself that is based on the NVIDIA CUDA Docker images (https://hub.docker.com/r/nvidia/cuda/) and successfully installs all your dependencies.

This would greatly improve the reproducibility of your work.
