No module named 'PoinTr' found

I have followed the steps in comment #11 for datset generation and structure. I have the PoinTr directory in my project but when I try to run the script it says no module named 'PoinTr' or 'tools' etc found.

Please let me know where I am going wrong, I have also attached a structure of the directory.

Does adding " sys.path.apend('folder eg.datasets, tools, utils') " at the top of necessary execution files ?
