Quick suggestion for installing older version of PyTorch

Hello users,
If you are running this experiment then you may want to update requirements.txt file to 👍 http://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu75/torch-0.2.0.post3-cp36-cp36m-manylinux1_x86_64.whl
The original cp35 is for python 3.5 version and will fail if you are reproducing this work in 3.6 env.
