N-lolminer-43 Application Has Been Blocked From Accessing Graphics Hardware

The above miner gives me "Application Has Been Blocked From Accessing Graphics Hardware"
Every other miner works without any problems ... any thoughts?
Frankly no idea, never had this.
And the great google find lots of different stuff like:
Reinstall drivers, lower OC, possible overheating issues, remove NVIDIA experience...

Don't know what might help...
Reinstalled the drivers, default OCS, cards have around 59 degrees, NVIDIA experience not installed
The problem arises with these three algorithms:
"Mars|m": "MNX -workbatch=MEDIUM",
"Mars|h": "MNX -workbatch=HIGH",
"Mars|vh": "MNX -workbatch=VERYHIGH",
I will try these steps and will report back:
Turn off Vsync
Make sure PhysX is being run by your GPU
Set power mode to "prefer maximum performance"
Set CUDA - GPUs to your GPU
