Automate DocSearch indexer

Currently, we are running DocSearch indexer manually: https://docsearch.algolia.com/docs/run-your-own
We should setup a GitHub Action to periodically update the index. We could take inspiration from https://github.com/asciidoctor/docs.asciidoctor.org/blob/main/.github/workflows/indexer.yml
