ANSI screens should not be centered on a line-to-line basis

If you upload the IWAD hacx.zip, you will see that the ENDOOM lump is rendered incorrectly because of an alignment issue. Instead of aligning each line of the ANSI screen to the center, it should align the whole rendered screen to the center. Should just be a matter of adjusting the CSS rules.
