This repository contains the annotation guideline and the dataset released in the paper: Recognizing Social Cues in Crisis Situations.
Dataset : The training, development and test data could be found in the data directory. Each file contains two columns: the tweet ID and the human-annotated social cue type.
Annotation Guideline: The annotation guideline could be accessed at this Google Doc.
