Set Time to shuffle

I would like to suggest to make a set time to shuffle the location of the NPC..
For Example:
availabletime = 60 (in minutes)
settime = 120 (inminutes
The NPC will change location every 2hrs(120mins) and available only for 1hour (60mins)
