Diff: when formatting strings with Myers, consider coloring matching parts

Currently use myers when del/ins a string in same position if there is a sufficient bag distance, but we only highlight the myers diff. Should consider highlighting the rest of the string but more subtly to make it more obvious which strings have changed. It can be hard to see, especially when there are only insertions or deletions.
