allow to jump more than 1 suggestion at a time

Sometimes when I have lost of suggestions, I'd like to type: "jjjj" or "kkkk" to move that many steps to the left/right in 1 go.
A second useful command would be something like J or K to move completely to the left/right

One trick: while it's not obvious, the suggestions "loop" around, so if you're at the first suggestion and you navigate left, it'll loop to the last suggestion, and vice versa.
I'm going to close this as a "wontfix" for now.
I knew about the loop around, which is great. But as long as I'm running into #55 this is not really a solution.
That should be improved/fixed when #57 is implemented, which I anticipate doing soon. If that doesn't improve the situation, though, please do reopen this at that point!
