What is the correct way of using tabs

This is just a question. I could not figure out how to use tabs in the profile view. They are working like a button right now. I am using them putting the content under them and when they clicked hide and show with ng-show and ng-hide but it is not seems the correct way. Could you give me an example because there is nothing about this in documents or demos nor in issues.Thanks.
