sensor entities name don't update some times, and some time the go back to the original name

entities names don't update sometimes sometimes, sometimes they go back to the original node-red name like "binary_sensor.nodered_3570e4c61f7714c0", I renamed all of them and built multiple automation, the name changed and broke my automation, i reloaded the integration, restarted HA with no luck
