Can't build with hyprpm

Expected Behavior

Run hyprpm add https://github.com/zakk4223/hyprWorkspaceLayouts and wait for hyprpm to build the plugin.

Current Behavior

The build fails with the error :

Plugin hyprWorkspaceLayouts failed to build.
  This likely means that the plugin is either outdated, not yet available for your version, or broken.
  If you are on -git, update first.
  Try re-running with -v to see more verbose output.

1. Run hyprpm add https://github.com/zakk4223/hyprWorkspaceLayouts on a new Hyprland instance

Context

I've just updated Hyprland this morning as I was having issues with the headers, building from source, removing the headers folder and running hyprpm update managed to get rid of the issue I had with the headers.
