Re-add viewing individual swsh raid seeds

During the rewrite, viewing raid seeds for individual raid Pokemon was not re-added.
Users should have the ability to view raid seeds for individual raid Pokemon. Perhaps clicking on the Pokemon in the raid list should toggle showing the seed on the list item?

Added in ff0ba30. I'll close the issue when it's in a release build.
