I recogniced a small mistake in an help text of an violation.

Violation:
APPLICATION VERSION NOT PRESENT IN KIO

help text:
This application version could not be found in Kio application registry. Please make sure that it exists and has the required approvals.

mistakes:
"and has the required approvals" - we don´t need this anymore.
