Zappr does not retry to fetch whatever it needs to continue

Github was down for while today,

but during that time lapse this pr was created. For me it looks like every other integration was able to retry and fetch the info needed to continue whenever the Github API was available, however Zappr didn't try anymore.

This is the status after refreshing the page several times.

Disabling and enabling again the approval check in https://zappr.opensource.zalan.do/repository/zalando/zalenium served as a workaround, but a Github user should not need to do this.
