[BUG] - The "Connected to Tunnel" notification always shows up even when I'm not connected to any tunnel.

Describe the bug
I'm using WireGuard's kernel module backend in WG Tunnel, and I haven't faced this issue in previous app versions. However, in the latest updates, I always see the "Connected to tunnel" notification even when I haven't connected to anything. Additionally, when I try to retrieve the logs from the app's settings, the app suddenly crashes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the app.
2. Enable a desired tunnel to connect.
3. The usual notification pops up saying I'm connected.
4. Disconnect the tunnel.
5. The notification is still there!

Expected behavior
The notification should disappear when I tap the disable button.
