[FEATURE] - Support Island/Shelter/Insular isolation apps

Hi,

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Actually WG-Tunnel doesn't detect the apps isolated via Insular or similar apps when user choose to not tunnel all apps. They simply doesn't appear in the app list.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, I think it should be like AFWall+, they should appear with a symbol indicating that they are isolated but should be selectable.
