targetUrl and subscribedData missing from Bundle Object docs

Per our chat on Slack, I wanted to mention that a couple of the fields that exist on the Bundle Object only in specific contexts (targetUrl and subscribedData, only during subscribeHook calls) aren't mentioned in the CLI App docs.

This fields are easy enough to understand, and they're used in examples, but it'd also be nice to have them officially documented. Thanks!
