Mismatched Loot for Blightpaw the Depraved (CurseForge)

Hello. I'm a little bit confused because the Raremob "Blightpaw the Depraved" Tooltip in Thaldraszus shows me, that some items are missing in my collection but in Ohn'ahran Plains fewer items are shown and all are collected. What tooltip shows the right information to me?
