winwheel is not defined error

Thanks for your hard work and helping us with Winwheel.js

Maybe you can help me with winwheel js.

I am using index.html code copied from http://dougtesting.net/winwheel/examples/wheel_of_fortune
Also included in the same directory Winwheel.js

But when i open index.html i am getting an error "WInwheel is not defined"

Coudl you please advise why it is so.
