how to set stopAngle before start.

Hello, i can set stopAngle after wheel start.
But it have some animation i don't want like : turn around or slow slow but suddenly fast to position stopAngle.... it seems not smooth, only 80%.
So, how to set stopAngle before start. when wheel start, it auto stop by stopAngle. i think it will be more smooth.
