[Host] Ability to setup Custom Envelope for messages on the wire

It would be good to have the ability to provide an envelope wrapper of messages on the transport wire.

This would be useful for

• Some users that need to use an envelope in their organization
• MassTransit uses its envelope that it uses, and having a similar option in SMB would allow for better interop with it
