Hi. Just wanted to test my installation and realised that rg_run_test.sh mentioned in https://mirzag.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html#example was missing.

UPDATE: My apologies - it was missing in the downloadable tar gz at http://www.clipz.unibas.ch/mirzag/pipeline_MIRZA.tar.gz - but it is present in your github repo
