validation: only allow 1 entry for metadata fields i.e. dateModified - expect for other fields where it makes sense i.e. langStrings and some others

it would be useful for several metadata fields to have a constraint for metadata to sh:maxCount 1
- datePublished
- dateModified
- version
- identifier
- observationConstraint
- ...
- what else ...
