Publish NPM package for use from other projects.
Make sure the validation constraints from /validation/*.ttl are in the package for use from other projects.

@martinmaillard please publish with /bin and /validate and https://github.com/zazuko/rdf-cube-schema/blob/master/validate.js
@bergos anything else needed?
