description of scale of measurment of properties

Need to attach one of the following qudt:NominalScale, qudt:OrdinalScale, qudt:IntervalScale, qudt:RatioScale to a hydra property allowing the GUI to optimize.

Thus needs to answer on the properties itself like the following:
-> Nominal -> all members
-> Ordinal -> all members + min + max + (optional sorting field)
-> Intervall -> min + max
-> Ratio -> min + max
