feedback to user in VSCode plugin

When one tries the VSCode plugin for the first time is not evident that it writes a mapping in the src-gen.

What about a notification, like 'the file mapping.carml.ttl` was updated' or something like that? If it's too invasive, the option could be disabled as well.
