Failed to Boot to MacOS

Hi,
I have boot drive locked issues:
- Dual boot with Windows 10.
- NUC8i5BEH with visual bios 2.2.23
- NVME drive split partitions.
- Ventura or Sonoma both failed to Boot.
- First load from USB installer could go through OS installation (disk partitions, install MacOS, reboot).
- When reboot with USB installer still plugged in , not able to load MacOS Drive just after USB boot, not even shown boot picker menu. Returns to rebooting agian and again.
- Press F10 boot selection from USB still have the same issue.
- Press F100 boot to Window is fine and boot normal to Window.
- When erase MacOS drive from windows and formatting to NTFS (repeat process), USB installer load Normal, picker selection and goes to MacOS installation done but when finished reboot and the same problem happened.
- Screen capture when errors loading after installing MacOS.
I have no idea about dual booting on the same disk. also looks like secure boot is enabled in the bios? Either way I have never dual booted on the same disk so I really wouldn't know. These issues are for bugs in the EFI not setting up dual booting on the same disk.

Seems they don't really cover it either. I multiboot all the time but each OS has its own disk and own EFI partition. This saves a lot of headaches and where updates would mess with the shared EFI partition causing some or all OS's to fail booting requiring more fixes. Dual booting on the same disk is really not worth the headaches.
I would suggest to run macOS on removable media instead. Like an old nvme or ssd disk in a case or using a sata-usb cable.
