FluentD has release V5 of their packaging (https://docs.fluentd.org/quickstart/fluent-package-v5-vs-td-agent) and our script no longer installs correctly using td-agent-4.

The goal of this would be to upgrade from V4 to V5 for all collectors, since V4 is no longer supported. Longer term vision should look into rather we should sunset this script, and move to packaging our own RPM's and packages, and ship that way instead of trying to wrap the existing packing and install our stuff on-top.
