It worked when staring the repository, but why did it not work when I commented on an issue?

Apparently only sends an update when you close/open an issue...? Seems to be the case, which is weird because it states:

Issue opened, edited, deleted, transferred, pinned, unpinned, closed, reopened, assigned, unassigned, labeled, unlabeled, milestoned, demilestoned, locked, or unlocked.

Whatevs, doesn't clutter up the channel, fine by me!
