Seeing as Nitter is dead (literal zedeus quote) I think to stop confusion but still be able to have people appreciate the effort that has gone into this I suggest the repository get archived.

Huh why is it dead? There's a greater need for it than ever now and it generally seems to work okay (I guess I'm missing something?)

no, the "issues" are still helpful for public/private instances that are still running.
