weird nitter layout

nitter looks like this; pwease help
Follow the installation guide carefully (in this case don't forget to run nimble scss), and provide more information if you can't figure it out yourself.

so i run redis-server in a shell. I open another shell and go into the nitter directory. I type in ./nitter and this is the output.
Starting Nitter at http://localhost Connected to Redis at localhost:6379
because the layout is still the same, i change the config and (i have not set the hmac and hostname is set to localhost, and don't know if i should change redis info when i'm not running it in a docker image) enable debug, but i just get some token info and nothing changes to the localhost:8080 website.
